Refunds & Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange any items with manufacture defect or damage. Please contact and let us know the issue with the product with parcel opening video or images with 48 hours of receiving the product.. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any jewellery purchase for hygiene or infection control reasons, but we do assist with any transit damage reported.
There is also NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy on Sale items unless faulty.
No return or exchange accepted on the basis of wrong sizing ordered ,slight colour variation or any other reason please.
Product Availability : We offer sale and services through different platforms(Facebook , Instagram, WhatsApp etc....) sometimes it’s difficult to update the stock in our website. For any order if the stock is not available then product replacement or cancellation of order notification will be send to the customer. The further process will be done after the mutual agreement with the buyer.
EXCHANGE ONLY ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. Please make an opening video unedited to support your claim for the defect. If you would like to exchange any other items you will need to contact us within 2 days after receiving your order and email the details to email@example.com.
Any customised product exempt from any returns or exchange policy.
Any defective items to be exchanged will need to be sent back in the original packaging and condition. Upon receipt we will confirm if an exchange can be completed.
All customers are liable to pay for the return shipping fees and it is advised to do this with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any items lost in the post. We provide any shipping address details through email. Our return Shipping address is located in India, England and USA. According to your location return address will be shared.
You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher.
We do not offer refunds. EXCHANGE ONLY.
If your item arrives faulty then this needs to be reported via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the faults within 48hrs of receipt of the item. A member of the team will confirm if the item can be exchanged by email or by phone.
Any return postage charges will be customers responsibility. We do not offer free return labels or shipping cost.
◦ Color and Texture may have slight variation. This happens because of photography and screen setting.
◦ Dry Clean only. Cold water hand wash recommended.
◦ Embroidery, Patch work and thread work may have slight irregularities.
◦ Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abraison.
◦ Yarns and Slubs may have some uneven and missing contrasts.They are inherent chararcteristic of the fabric that make its style peculiar.
It is expected for any handloom woven or handwoven fabric to have a missing thread line or slight difference in design due to manual involvement.
◦ Colour, Design, Overlapping and Placement may have slight variation. These is because they are hand printed.
Hand Dyed Bandhej
There can be some colour mix in the product due to the manual process involved in the dyeing and mixing colours. There can be chances of small holes (needle holes) in the product expected due to the stitching process of designing and dyeing.
Sizes of the products are mentioned in the details. Please order accordingly as we don’t accept any exchanges due to size issues. If any concern about the size then please get in touch , we’ll be happy to assist

Shrinkage of any of the product will not be our responsibility. As it depends on the nature of the fabrics and washing medium
Jewellery are handmade so a some irregularities can be expected
All handicrafts items are expected little variation to the photograph displayed of the product due to products designs and production done manually and according to the raw materials availability.
Handmade Floral Jewellery
Handmade floral jewellery are either made on order or ready to dispatch as stated in description.
